售后服务：Guarantee service
1、设备验收合格后，买方使用部门应指定专人到我司进行工艺及设备操作培训，时间不应少于12时（4小时/每天）；
After pass the checking and accepted the machine. The operators are sent to our company to study the machine principle and operation training less than 12hours (4hours/day).
2、使用三个月后，我司客服部会对设备的使用状况回访，并提交相报告；
After three months, the service Department will record the machine running data and save it in the archives
3、我司所售之设备，免费保修期为一年，保修期内，零配件的及维修均免费提供；但设备所有非正常损坏均不属保修范围，买方应支付更换零配件的费用。
Free warranty period for first year. We are supply the parts and maintain on free except non-normal damage. If no the user must pay the cost of replacement parts.
 4、免费保修期外，当设备损坏时买方需支付所更换配件费用（按材料采购成本计价）；
Over of the Free warranty period, the user must pay the cost of replacement parts.
5、设备使用过程中，机器出现故障，使用部门应及时切断电源，口头或书面通知我司客服部，我司客服人员将在24小时内到达现场，若不能当场解决问题，将在72小时内处理好！
Shut off the power supply when the machine falling in fault. Notice our service department to repair. The repairer will arrive at the scene within 24hours; we will repair well the machine within 72hours.
6、客户请勿自行拆卸固定工件打开机箱，否则将失去保修服务。
Don’t disassemble the workpiece to open the case. Otherwise, you will lose the warranty service rights.
7、您只需拔打电话或用别的方式联系我们，我们就会为您解决任务技术问题。
You just to do this: call me or notice me. We will work with you to resolve technical issues task.
8、我们将24小时为您提供最优质的服务！我们的工程师经过多种技术培训，他们有精湛的技术和良好的作风，一定是您的好帮手。
We will provide with the best service for you for 24hours. Our sale engineers have experience for this case. They are good helper with you.

9、您只管使用您的设备，剩下的事情我们来做|！您只要与我们签署《服务合同》！
